Being the Incharge of the excursion club, I would like to request you to allocate a Bogie onboard GT Express for the said cause. A total of 86 passengers would be traveling, including 80 students and 6 adults. I hence make an entreaty to reserve a sleeper class compartment from Delhi to Chennai on 20th April 2019 and from Chennai to Delhi on 26th April 2019 onboard the above-mentioned train. I also request you to take into consideration the special concession applicable for students/institutions.
