Importance of games and sports in the life of students
Regular sports is a very important part of a person's life or a students life. It is very important to ensure normal functioning of body, along with fruitful functioning of the motor nerves in our body.
Again if we do not have a habit to play or do exercise everyday, then it might hamper our inner strength yo indulge into any sudden game or exercise and we might faint and get unconscious.
Hence regular exercise and outdoor games are very important to keep a person fit and full of stamina and this is equally essential for all young people as well as children.
Education is essential for career building, it games and exercises are impotent for building of body immunity in order to make a student fit.
Lack of Fitness and Stamina in Children:
In a recent study on school children, it was found that 30 percent of the children who used to skip their meals especially breakfast every day ended up fainting in the morning assembly. This is a serious matter of fact as being a child we need nutrition to grow and concentrate. We have a hectic schedule as we need to study as well as perform well in sports as well. We should, therefore, realize the importance of meals in our lives.
Health comes before everything and we should make sure that we are eating a proper and healthy meal every day. We should maintain a balanced diet for the overall growth and development of our body and make sure that we are happy with whatever we consume. Therefore in order for us to grow completely, we should take a proper diet with all nutritions.
