Dear (Uncle) commissioner,

i want to say something about the number of theft increasing in my area. We are facing a lot of problems here. First there was not much theft so we didn't mind. But it's increasing day by day. I want to ask how other police (uncles) are allowing this to happen. So please we want the theft problem to be destroyed.
