Subject: Application for the arrangement of extra classes in Mathematics and English.

Respected Sir,

I am Taruna Agarwal, 9C of your esteemed school Aryan Public School. This is to inform you that our half-yearly examination is around the corner and we are yet to complete the syllabus of English and mathematics. As you already know, Mrs.Magpie is still in the hospital, our substitute teacher Sir. Francis is not able to help us due to time constraints. It would be of great help if you can arrange for some extra classes after school hours, just for the subjects of Mathematics and English. Everyone is willing to attend the classes as the exams are practically knocking at the door. The extra classes would help us clear any doubts and complete our syllabus on time.

We will be obliged if you can please look into the matter. Thank you so much for your time.

Yours Faithfully,

Taruna Agarwal.
