you are tarun /taruna who bought new luminous inverter for their home from r.k.ecectronics,noida but found many functional problems battery is not properly and battery water ia leaked .write a complaint leeter to proceitor to take care of same.

Dear R.K Electronics Noida, I purchased a new luminous inverter brand new but it is showing functional disabilities

from the start. Water is leaking as well as the battery conditional is bad.

I request you to take care and inform me what should I do to get this exchanged with a property quality product for full value of my money.
