you are tarun/taruna you bought a new luminous inverter from R.K electronics, Noida but found many functional problems as the charging is not done properly and battery water is getting leaked. Write a letter to the proprietor to take care of the same.

vRespected sir, I would like to bring your attention to the fact that I recently brought one of your products. The product is a luminous inverter model number- 452317 on the 10th of October 2018. I would like to highlight that the model had a lot of malfunctions and hence caused various problems.  I would be highly obliged if you could look into the matter.
