As a leader I'll make sure that my team must have one and only goal.

Though there are lots of path to follow and it's natural that if some of the members choose different path for them. Still I'll make them realise that though we'll take different paths but our destination will be the same. So we've to move together anyhow.

Now the 2nd important thing that of course you've mentioned is Unity. If a team doesn't have unity then they can't go any further though they have talent.

There are many ups and downs in the journey. And if I'll lead a team then as a leader I can't say I'll take them, I'll do this etc etc these kind of things. It should be WE because the team consists of the members so the leader should always take the members with him/her.

Every one should support each other in every situation.

Moving forward..the goal. If a team want to achieve it's goal then there should be a proper dedication and preparation. And that's need a proper planning . So everyone of that team give their opinion and discuss with everyone without any hesitation.
