Dear diary,

My day was nice at school as I have been chosen as the school hockey captain for the coming championship. Isn't it nice?? It definitely is. But you know what, Jerusha, my best friend is angry with me. Actually, the reason why I didn't choose her is that, that she is not good enough for the team. She is really a bad player but she expects that I should choose her because she is my best friend. But no, being the captain I cannot qualify or disqualify anyone by any unfair means. Tomorrow I am planning to say her not to be angry and practice playing hockey so that she gets selected.
