if i was the ceo of any company i would choose any of the three ways given below:

method 1:

i would create a new homegroup using windows. i will join all the computers in the homegroup. i will keep all the rules and regulations in a file and i will share it.

method 2:

i would create a whatsapp group of higher authorities. i will share the info to the 256 present. they will then send the info to lower authorities and i will make sure everyone gets the information.

method 3:

this is similar to the second method. i will create a group on email and i will send the rules and regulations.

the first method is the easiest method to share the rules and regulations without any hardships.
