All the students from class VI to X are hereby informed that an art exhibition will be  held on the school premises on 25 November 20…. At 9 am, in the school art hall.  All the students who are interested in participating in the exhibition can submit their  names to their respective house captains latest by 20 November.

• Notice strictly should be written within the box.

• It must contain all relevant information related to the subject including date, time, place and any other details if required. In case of a lost object, the notice must include details of what was lost, when it was lost, where it was likely to have been lost and how to return it to it's owner.

• On the lower left bottom corner of the notice, the name of the designation of the person writing the notice must be mentioned.

• It should also be written in a formal style to convey important information to a group of people in an organization.
