You are the General Secretary of the Students' Union of your Institute. The Union has decided to hold an Inter Polytecjnic Table Tennis Tournament after the First Semester Examination. The Principal agreed when the Union met him with the proposal. The Principal asked the Union to submit a report which will be forwarded to the higher authority for approval. Write the report for you as the General Secretary. Your report should include:-

b) Procedure followed
c)Funds to be raised
d)Total number of participants
e) Accomodation for outstation participants and related matters

Your report must have a covering letter.
