New timing of school .

Dear students ,

It is hereby inform to you that our school is going to change its timing from 1st of April till 31st of May . Seeing this terrible heat our School authority has decided change the school timing two hours before earlier for 9 am to 3 pm to 7 am to 12 noon from 1st April 2020 Tuesday . All the school buses will comeat their respective stops 2 hours earlier. Students assumed to get ready on the mentioned time . School gates will be closed at 7:15 am no student will get entry after this time.

TOPIC : NEW TIMINGS FOR INCREASING HEATWAVE

I am Srishti, head girl of ABC INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL . On behalf of the Student's council, I want to announce the new timings scheduled as per honourable Principal Sir's address. We can see that drastically the heat wave is increasing. To tackle up with the conditions, we have launched a time in which working hours will be reduced so that no one gets ill during this hot summer day. From 1st May onwards the timings were 7:00 am to 2:55 pm are now reduced to 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. But from 1st May , to recover the rest of the syllabus and for upcoming Pre Mid terms for classes 9 to 12 , we will also conduct schools on Saturday ( except Holidays). If anyone has any queries they can contact Anurag Sharma, head boy or their respective homeroom teachers.
