Many thoughts include discussion of workers on social media or newsletters, or lunchtime or time offset for well-designed jobs and projects. Suggest establishing a system for workers recognition consisting of certificates, honours, rewards to boost everyone's appreciation.
  • Problem: Goals are not clearly defined. Do you know what you're expecting from your employees not only in their own position but within the entire company? Clear goals set the standard for success, offer workers a target to work to and offer the organization precise metrics of results.
  1. Suggestion: Ensure that when you set your staff or teams goals suit the efforts of the organization. It makes it clear that everybody is an important part of the company's success and their efforts are. It increases their sense of control and autonomy when they have a say and a option. Could he or she lead a job or work for another department?Remember to be frank about opportunities for growth; consider the needs and talents of your employees and provide constructive feedback that encourages them to learn and improve.
