Hi there,
I am not going to write the notice, but I would like to give you some ideas to write the notice..

First of all describe that there will be a camp conducted by your school in the place which you had mentioned above..

Second, describe about the place which you are going for the camp in a simple way, how much far it would be etc.. (Don't extend your sentences much)

Third and the final one, tell the students where and when to give your names and keep a final day for giving names.... also say that the remaining details would be given to the children who gave their names..... 
Don't forget to write in the word limit..
