Dear Chairman,

I'm Salman, manager of Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) department no. 999.

Our service is going quite well, customers are happy with us. Rating is 9 out 10 at present. Work is going well, and workers are also doing their jobs responsibly.

As the demand is high of our services, we are facing problems in resources. We need to purchase more buses. Also our few buses became useless. No services can maintain them.

I request you to consider this as emergency and provide 15 more buses as per the need.
