Going For A Picnic
As we all know that our school has planned a picnic , for classes VII,Vlll,lX and X. Interested people can come and give their names to me .
( in the day of picnic they have to assemble on our school play. Who all are not interested or not coming, must stay back at home.) The departure time from school is 6:00 am .( I to Vl has holiday on that particular day .) The last day for giving names to me is on 21 June 2018 .
( It is not compulsory.)
Along with the names they have to gives us money. The amount is Rs.400. They have to bring water bottle, snacks,cap and ID card is must and you have to wear sports uniform. Lunch will be provided there.
You give your names of the reopening day of school also.
The departure time from there is 7:00 pm. Reaching to school can be 9:00pm ( tentative) electronic gadgets are allowed , but as soon as you come on the school playground you have to hand it over to them. They make the list of electronic gadgets they have with then .
School buses will came to your house. it will start from 4:00 am onwards. You can see on portal. Picking up from school is by parents.
