The following format should be used while writing a Notice:-

  • Name of the Institution/Organisation
  • The word "NOTICE"
  • Date
  • Subject/Topic of the Notice
  • Main content with all the necessary details including Date, Venue, Time, etc
  • Name of the issuing person
  • His/her designation

* Remember: Notice should be written inside a box.
