You need to whitelist the MAC (Media Access Control ) Address of the laptop on the DHCP server. Because corporate networks uses Network Access Control (NAC) with DHCP for security. First you need to check the MAC Address or physical address of the device. To do this run the command "ipconfig /all" then find physical address. After adding the physical address of the device to whitelist, check the connectivity on laptop again.
