Dear Sir,
I had ordered some electronic goods from your store, namely , LG Air Conditioners (Model 273) , LG Refrigerators (Model AE89) and Toshiba Televisions ( Model 7.6A). Unfortunately, the products haven't turned out as expected.
I was shocked to see the condition some of the goods were in. I received partially and completely damaged goods. I have even received Ceiling Fans, which I haven't ordered at all.
I request you to replace the damaged goods with new ones as soon as possible , as the festive season starts next month and these goods are in no condition to be sold to the customers. If you fail to take any action on this problem , I will have to go to a Consumer's Court.
