Sir, Due to the recent cloud burst in Mumbai last week many parts of the city is still waterlogged, and they paces have been a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

Already dengue and malaria is spreading in these areas. Through this letter, I appeal to all the concerned authorities to take immediate action in war footing to pump out the water and spray insecticide else it might turn to be an epidemic.
