I, Samrit Malhotra, sent a package with courier number F5g688H through Zedex courier services to my clients Empire stores, in Hyderabad on 27th February, 2019. However, it has been more than a fortnight and the recipients are yet to receive the goods. I have called your customer service number several times but have only received ambiguous replies. I had great trust and faith in your company but such unprofessional behavior from your employees has shaken my faith.

The quoted courier contained goods ordered by our client and the delayed transaction process has scarred our reputation with our regular clients.

I request you to urgently resort the matter and send the courier to the recipient address at the earliest.
