time.
Our company is having good relationship with you for the past few years. We use to dispatch many letters on daily basis through your courier. Recently, we have received few complaints from our branch offices that some important letters dispatched from our office were not received in time by them.
Being the first time it has come to my notice, I hereby warn your courier agency not to repeat such lapses in future and avoid delay in handing over the letters. If it repeats again, I may be constrained to take penal action on your firm please.
