Sporting activities month for the month of June
The month of June saw a massive improvement in participation and conduct of sporting events in the college. We saw 4 significant wins in inter-collegiate events, 3 events held within the campus, and the establishment of 2 new sports clubs.
The college bagged third place in swimming in the major inter-collegiate event. The college also took home the championship futsal trophy after defeating 3 other colleges in an extended tournament. The college also managed to place first in chess. The student who won third place is also said to move on to nationals. The three major sports events held on campus were the archery competition which saw a participation of 16 students; an inter-department futsal tournament with 6 departments participating; and finally, the college hosted a three-day sporting festival with a wide range of sports from indoor to outdoor games. The college sports festival was won by the economics department. Finally, two new clubs have opened up in the realm of sports i.e. the archery club, and the cross-fitness club.
We hope to see a bigger group of students participating in events for both inter-department and inter-collegiate competitions in the following months.

- Within the introduction, you need to put all the important information and the information that the reader is going to read first. In the body paragraph, you need to elaborate on all the important points of the introduction. Here you can elaborate on it further and expand upon anything that was not in the first paragraph. Finally, in the conclusion, you just need to round off what you have written.
- Ensure that the tone of the report is informative but not very rigid. There should not be any emotional points as this is a report and not an essay.
