My childhood dream of travelling in a metro came true last week. I got a chance to travel from Uttamnagar to Vikaspuri in the Delhi Metro. My close friend Bhagwan also travelled with me.
The atmosphere at the Delhi Metro Station was charged up with hundreds of people running from here to there. The roads outside the station were full of vehicles. Unfortunately we were stuck in a traffic jam for 1 hour.
Inside the train, it was air-conditioned with comfortable seats. Television, Newspapers and Magazines were available for pastime. Without any hiccups, we safely reached Vikaspuri in just 1 and half hours.
