Option is correct - 25,000 miles (approximately).

The circumference of earth is 24,901 miles or 40,075 kilometres.

The circumference is calculated by using the formula for calculation of circumference of a sphere, which is 2πRadius.

Radius of the earth is 6371 kilometres. Hence the calculation will be as follows:

2 x 3.14152 x 6371 = 40,075 (rounded off)

If the circumference were to be measured from pole to pole, the measure would be slightly less. The reason for this is because, the earth has a slight bulge around the equator due to it constant rotation.
