Well, it depends on the platform you are using, i.e. Windows Click the "Start >> Program Files >> Accessories >> Command Prompt" to open a Command Prompt session using just your mouse. Click the "Start" button and type "cmd." Right-click "Cmd," select "Run as Administrator" and click "Yes" to open Command Prompt with elevated privileges. For Apple Mac book, you open the application terminal in launch or you can have Siri launch it or look for it and input the command you want to excute and there you go, but thats just the tip of the iceburge, ask me for more information...
