This deals with the Random Access Memory.
When an user is performing some typing operations, Random Access Memory plays the role of providing the space. It is a volatile memory, which means data is only stored in the memory when the power is there.
Whenever there is a power failure, the data will be permanently lost. Hence, it is advisable to save the document at certain intervals so that the document is stored in the Read Only Memory, in which the data is stored permanently.
