           I am Vedika Basu, a resident of your area. In this letter, I am going to highlight how to take protection in a heavy flood.

          This year incessant rain  has caused irrecoverable damage in my area. People are suffering a lot in this situation. So many people are shelterless, hungry and lot their everything in this heavy flood. As an active participant in the flood relief , I am trying to help them as much I can. But I want to request you to take a good measure to protect the people from the flood. After the weather forecast, the people who live in a mud house or small house, must be moved to a good shelter with their necessary things.

           I would be obliged if you consider the situation and give it a thought.
