Friends, Indians and Countrymen, lend me your ears. There comes a time in History when ignorance is no longer a forgiveable offence. We have definitely reached that point in time when we can no longer afford to ignore the rampant crime in the society.Everyday we see the crime rate and the brutality of the crime is getting worse and worse.

People no longer feel safe in their own locality. Some of the important measures need to be taken to curb down the rate of crime in the society. More strict laws and punishment should be laid down by the judiciary and the judiciary in our society needs to be effective and swift.

Employement should be increased as more often than not,the unemployed people turn to the heinous acts. Children at slums area should be sent to school where they should be properly educated. All schools should have a compulsory class on ethics.
