Sir / Ma'am

I'm writing this letter in response of the announcement you made asking about the suggestion required for the improvement of our school. I'm I would like to talk on those things which are some of the lacking point of our school and can be improved by our joint efforts .

Firstly I want to through light on the morning assembly . We can use the stage of morning assembly for building good speaker for future. In morning assembly we should include speech on important and current topics which will help the students in becoming both a good listener as well as speaker.

After that we should imply the pass system of classes. Each class have a single pass allowing only one student to go out of the class at a time . This will increase the level of discipline in school also.

The conduction of " Children assembly" for every Saturday can also be included in school activities . In this assembly we can work on the personality building of the student which will be helpful for the student in their future also .

So all this improvement can make our school better than its current situation and it will give our student much more than education make them perfect in every field . I hope you like my suggestion and try to work on these points .

Sir,

I'm student of your school. And I am writing this letter to give some suggestions for making our school much better . There are some things which are my notice from some days like the morning assembly , the student becoming indiscipline during the lunch time and lacking of co-curricular activities. If we include all such activities in our school's activities so it will help in making our school more appreciable.

We should improve the activities of morning assembly like there should be regular motivating thought in the assembly there should be some current GK quiz and some sort of speech is also. Due to all these activities the students personality will also improve the habit of of using as much as English as possible will be cultivated in the student by regular speeches.

And if we talk about the lunch time we should bound the student not to roam in the corridor during the lunch break they can take their lunch in the ground or in the classes or if they have any spare time then they can play any game in the ground .

Similarly we can conduct regular sports activities in our school or any Debate competition for poem reciting competition due to this the creativity of the students will also improve.

With this points I want to end my letter and hope you will surely take steps on the point mentioned above.
