Answer:

Health is a treasure with no shortcuts

The great Buddha has said, “Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship.”

Only a healthy person can manage to do well in his studies, which is the first hallmark of a promising career. Anyone who is not healthy cannot excel in his studies as the bodily pain won't let that person focus on his studies. Secondly, no job is given to a diseased person. Before appointment, MNCs have medicals done of their prospective employees. If the medical is not as per their standards, the selection is cancelled!

Maintaining one’s health in the contemporary challenging times is not an easy task. Rising levels of pollution, deforestation, ever rising stress due to work, responsibilities, deadlines and the competitiveness, food adulteration, faulty sleep habits, fast-food, etc. have adversely affected the human health.

If one has to maintain his health one really needs to take great care of his health. Balanced, nutritious food, clean, healthy water, proper physical exercise, positive and cheerful attitude to life and its challenges, meditation, yoga, proper sleep are the ingredients to a healthy and fulfilling living.

Unfortunately, many scrupulous and unreliable companies are advertising products claiming easy health solutions. Since everyone wants easy solutions, youngsters feel tempted to use these products. However, soon they get disillusioned and find themselves duped.

Health is a treasure that can’t be obtained with shortcuts. One who wishes to possess this treasure, one must work very hard, following an exercise regime, a perfect diet plan, and living in moderation.

We should not allow ourselves to be duped by these fake companies and products. We should be ready to pay the price to possess invaluable and precious possession of health-treasure.
