I went to the mall with my mother last week because she needed to do some last-minute shopping for the upcoming puja. It was all fun and games until my mother and I got tired of walking around the mall. I sat down and told her I'd wait for her and asked her to proceed. So there I was, sitting with my shopping bags, waiting for my mother to arrive. I didn't expect anyone else to be like me, but to my surprise, so many people were accompanied by a shopaholic like my mother! The mall was enormous; I had to walk approximately 15,000 steps in a few hours! I noticed that there are so many different people around. The majority of them were either window shoppers or there for the air conditioning. There were various brands available in the mall, and anything and everything was available on that particular day. The insane foot traffic indicated that it was probably a sale day. It was entertaining to hear people gossip about people I had no idea about. I was curious if people gossiped about me as well. My mother finished shopping and we returned home while I was watching and thinking.
