well, there are different and various ways in order to implement the education act 2009.

First and important thing to do in this regard is to create the awareness among the public regarding the importance of the education especially for their children and the children's future and that this could change the their lifestyle.

Another thing that can be done is the free education along with the free book and uniform etc especially for the needy children so that the school can't be burden on them regarding the financial issue,
Also, the child involving in the child labor must be bring to school for the education for everyone.

Moreover , the people who don't send their children to school without any genuine  reason must be handled appropriately.
additionally , the schools quality should also be improved so that the children studying there must attract towards the school and study and can complete their study with real education.

The other way is by lowering the fees of schools as well as the free education and book for the children  which would be a great help in this regard.

Also, the parents whoa are not sending their children to school intentionally must be told that they should educate their children otherwise handled them properly.

Moreover, the child labor children must admitted in the schools instead of work.
