You as a teacher, critically analyse the implementation issues of Right to Education Act,2009, face by your school. Suggest ways for better implementation of the Act.

Well, there are many ways for the implementation of the Right to Education Act 2009 .


First and important thing to do in this regard is spreading awareness among the general public in this regard and motivate them for their children future.


Also the main thing to do is the total free education along with the books especially for the needy students this will do alot as the burden of fees for the parents will not be there.


Moreover, some of the parents must be handled properly if they don't sent their children for school without reasons.


The eradication of child labor and giving them admission in schools will also be helpful.

Right to Education Act (RTE)

  • Right to Education Act (RTE) is an act of parliament of India enacted on 4th August 2019.

  • This act modalities of the importance of compulsory and free education for children between the age of 6 to 14 years.

As a teacher, I suggest the following ways order to implement the education act 2009 :-

  • Better and free education should be implemented in schools

  • Create awareness about the importance of the education among the public.

  • Free education should be implemented along with the accessories like free books, uniform etc.

  • Opening new schools for poor children in their tribal regions.

  • Government should take steps to provide free reservation seats for orphans, child labours.
