You as a teacher, critically analyse the implementation issue of Rights to education Act,2009, face by your school. Suggest ways for better implementation of the Act?

Greetings,

                I as a teacher want to suggest ways for better implementation of the act Right to education act 2009.We would be better implementing the act by abolishing the child labour.I request the government to keep a strict check on the people who are appointing children below 14 years or the parents who are sending their children for work because of financial problems.They should give some punishment to the people who are appointing or sending the children below 14 years.The second,there should be no impartiality between males and females and should treat everyone equal.Females are not weak but they are the strongest,everybody should understand and implement it by treating them equal by letting them go to school,let them achieve new things and let them soar high.The third,we should let the children do what ever they want and let them soar high.Children have more ideas than the teachers and anyone else.The does everything better than anyone else.Each and everyone has talents.But some parents do not understand them.They pressurize them to study all the time and parents do not let them pursue their hobbies.These are some ways I would suggest for better implementation for the Education act.

well, there are different and various ways in order to implement the education act 2009.

First and important thing to do in this regard is to create the awareness among the public regarding the importance of the education especially for their children and the children's future and that this could change the their lifestyle.

Another thing that can be done is the free education along with the free book and uniform etc especially for the needy children so that the school can't be burden on them regarding the financial issue,

Also, the child involving in the child labor must be bring to school for the education for everyone.

Moreover , the people who don't send their children to school without any genuine  reason must be handled appropriately.

additionally , the schools quality should also be improved so that the children studying there must attract towards the school and study and can complete their study with real education.
