Answer:Yoga is important in day to day life as now people are suffering from so much stress,depression etc. And they are not able to relief these stressful life,So yoga is one of the best way that will help you to clear these all stuff. Yoga have a best portion in it that it helps you to discover your mind and body.If you give your 30 minutes or at least 15 minutes for yoga after couples of days  you will start noticing the subtle changes because you won't instantly realize calm,energetic,positive,fresh.It also helps you to build up your body for concentration and focus.people who do yoga often find they are better and ready to handle things when life get little bit complicated or crazy. Yoga also helps you  to release mental stress and become mentally strong. this will also help to prevent disease and by it you can also be fit.
