Dear Sir,

I made a booking on 30th January, 2021 through your travel agency for a two room suite at the Sunrise Hotel, Nainital for four days but when I reached there, the room was already occupied and the hotel informed me that my booking was made for two single rooms but I had already paid in advance for the suite room. Due to the mistake done from your side I had to face a lot of difficulties therefore I would request you to refund my money as I did not stay in the hotel and utilize any of the services.

I hope you would look into the matter as soon as possible and refund my money. I have attached a copy of the booking tickets with the letter for your reference.
