My name is Jim and I bought a Lenove laptop in a retailer store in 3rd street, A city on 3 October 2016. The computer function normally during those 5 months; nonetheless, it showed no image on screen but a blank of gray two days ago. After a click on the start button, the screen lights up with a bright screen of Windows and shortly after that, maybe 2 or 3 seconds, it turns to a blank gray screen on matter what button I click.

I took the laptop to the shop I bought if from and a staff told me that he cannot fix of replace it for me because the shop is merely a retailer, not in charge of after sale service. Besides, he refered me to contact the customer service department of Lenove headquarter. Therefore, here I am.

I would like a replacement of the defective laptop. According to the agreement of after sale service, a laptop with internal problem can be replaced with a new one as long as it is in one year period from the date it was brought. I hope to hear your reply soon.
