Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the music player which I bought from your gallery. It's like a trouble in my daily life. When I listen to my songs, it automatically jumbles up tracks which I hate the most, it also play with automatically pausing.
It's volume too increases and decreases automatically, when I need to listen in low volume it increases it's volume and makes feel very awkward. The biggest issue is when I play it in low volume when my mother is at home, she can't bear loud music, it increases it's speed and creates a lot of difficulties.
I can only suggest you a method to as soon as possible replace it fast. Please take a quick action on this.
