I wish to state that last month, I purchased a 200 L refrigerator of LG brand from your store (Bill no. 340971). At the time of purchasing I asked you about the product and at that time you told me that the product is of high quality. I was really excited about the product.

I bought a refrigerator from your shop but it doesn't work properly. The freezer is not freezing even after switching on the button.

The refrigerator creates noise and doesn't work.

So, please sent your workers to check the refrigerator. If it is repairable so repair it otherwise replace it as soon as possible.

I shall feel highly obliged if you kindly send your workers for checking the refrigerator.
