I wish to state that last month on October 2, 2019 I purchased a 200 L refrigerator of LG Brand from your store (Bill no. 340971). At the time of purchase I was told the product was of high quality. I was really very excited about the product.
However, when I used it I found it not up to the mark; it makes lots of noise at times and then it becomes quiet. Quite frequently it becomes off on its own. Its cooling is also not effective. On many occasions many food items have gone rancid on account of the auto off problem. I feel I have wasted my money by buying this refrigerator. Kindly replace this fridge or have all the faults fixed.

This is with reference to the purchase of the Refrigerator model no.LG0052097 From your company-wide receipt no 340973 Dated 7 Oct 2020. It is 200 L and LG Brand.
It is not working well. I had purchased it based on your recommendation for being the best brand in his segment of electronics goods. In fact, you assured me of its superior quality and functioning. I was really very excited about the product.
Initially, the performance of the refrigerator was satisfactory but gradually it started malfunctioning. It has started producing stringent sounds. And the cooler has stopped completely. There is no more cooling at all. And also it makes irritable noises when the gate is opened. On many occasions, many food items have gone rancid on account of the auto-off problem. I feel I have wasted my money buying this refrigerator.
You are requested to either replace it or make it as it is still within the guarantee period. I look forward to a positive reply and a timely resolution to my problem. I don't think I need to seek some legal help.
