On 11 August 2017 , I brought a mobile model no . Samsung fro. your shop . Unfortunately , the mobile stopped working within a week of it's purchase , although it has a three years warranty .
I would appreciate if you could get the faulty mobile replaced with a new one . I have enclosed a copy of the invoice of my purchase with this letter.
