you came to know that one of your friend has become a victim of cyber time but it too scared to tell anyone. she/he has lost confidence and is loosing study also..... discuss with your partner.

i would discuss with my friend about  the Cyber Crime Department where he could write a report for justice.By 2 ways i will gain his confidence.Firstly i will take him to the doctor which will try to change his mind by his oral methods. And secondly i will expose him to an atmosphere where there is positive attitude.
