You can view additional alignment options and align both the horizontal and vertical alignment at the same time by using the Format Cells dialog box.In the Format Cells dialog box that appears, set any desired alignment options on the Alignment tab and then click OK.

Answer:

We've previously seen how to align text or numbers using the left-align, center, and right-align buttons on the Standard toolbar. You can also define alignment in the Alignment tab of the Format Cells dialog box.
