There is a simple way to do that though the " save as web page" Option which is available in the excel.

Through this you can convert whole of your excel sheet in to .html document .

For this open your excel in which the required data is available. Then go to the option "file tab" and then click on "save as " option . Then in the dialog of save as you will find different options . Choose the one with "web page (.htm; .html).By doing this your document is converted in to the web page and save it as you required.

there are option available  to convert selected data with your graphics just go to the "selection radio button" and after that click save button.
