we can cut or break a solid but it is not applied on the liquids every liquid has far away particles which when we cut or Break It they gets far away and run away from the thing which cuts them they don't cut but they move away and then the thing is repelled all the particles join and make the liquid joined together you can't do such things with the liquids such as milk If You Mix milk the milk will be work like a tornado but do not break or cut
