➡️ we can drink tap water which all contain some amount of water because it cannot damage any of the cells of the body .
whereas
➡️ if we consume sea water then the sea water contains 7× more salt than Tap water which is unfit for us because it can damage our cells .
➡️ so we all should take clean water !!

Sea water has about 7 times more salt content than tap water. The little salt in tap water cuses no harm to the human body. As a matter of fact, a little salt is needed for the body's proper functioning. If more salt is taken (sea water), the cells of the body will lose water (by a process called exosmosis) and will cause dehydration.
