The Proverb "You Can lead a horse to Water but you cannot make it drink" justifies that ,
You Can Show or Guide a Person to The Pathway for acheiving his goals but you cannot do his work instead of him. The hardwork to acheive his dreams or goals can only be done by him.
Hence, You can just show the path to someone you cannot make them walk that path.
