a)in the figure we can observe that both cylinder and sphere have same base meaning that they have same diameter let it be d units

radius=d/2 units =r

the height can be measured by the scal

therfore the volume of cylinder is V=πr2 h

b)in the given figure the distance between the first cylinder and second cylinder is the diameter let it be d units

radius=d/2=r

the volume of a sphere is ⁴⁄₃πr³

this is how we can find the volume of tennis ball by given figure
