hello mate,
I will surely tell his or her parents,becoz my friends life should not be spoilt becoz of my ignorance.
If any of my frnds falls into a bad company I will first off all try to change him or her but if it does not work I will surely inform his or her parents.....

ya , I do , because as a friend in need is indeed and being growing with her / him matters a lot for a person , because many a times including me , even I will share my griefs with my friends , they are the besties of our life , sometime they help us in a lot way , if such friend who has been equal to family members, fallen into bad company, then as a friend it's our work to report it or to get him good way
